Director of Strategic Partnerships (m/f/d)

To achieve our vision, partners are key. We are looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships (m/f/d) that has the strategic foresight and execution skills to build and manage our partner network. The timing could not be better. Our current partners are gaining traction and the market is developing rapidly. Identifying and winning new strategic partners for our market segments will be crucial for success. As Director of Strategic Partnerships, you are at the heart of TWAICE working together with Solution Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales to drive our growth and revenue through partners.
Your daily business will involve- Own the relationship with key strategic partners, overseeing the day-to-day interactions, and looking for ways to further deepen those relationships
- Manage partner relationships across their full lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing success
- Develop and manage partnerships to explore new “white spaces” with large growth potential to scale the business
- Work with internal stakeholders across the TWAICE organization including product, engineering, marketing, and sales to build a bridge between them and our external partners
- Evaluate partnership opportunities, performing quantitative and qualitative due diligence to prioritize them
- Coach, hire, develop, and support high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams while inspiring people to do their best work
- Establish, monitor, report, and optimize partner KPIs and ROI
- 5+ years of experience building, managing, and developing strategic partnerships or business development for an Enterprise software/SaaS organization
- Proven ability to build partnerships from the ground up, creating deep product & engineering alignment, building highly effective GTM plans, and being personally responsible to drive new revenue as a result
- Have a track record of driving business relationships from cooperative idea generation to contract negotiation to program management
- Use data to drive decision-making and tell a great story
- Develop in-depth knowledge of TWAICE offerings to identify business opportunities
- Top-notch communication and presentation skills, including experience communicating insights through data with senior-level executives and rallying cross-functional teams through inspiration and vision
- Relentless execution, independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
- A team player who loves to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams
- Fluency in English is mandatory, German and further languages are a plus
