About the role

As the Director of Partnership Operations - Technology Partnerships, you will lead a team that manages large programs with cross-organizational impact that require you to be a collaborative and curious. You will propose and drive innovation to improve Crunchyroll’s fans experience worldwide across many partners and teams. You will work with the Business Development, Engineering, and Product teams to establish the Partner Engagement Lifecycle. You will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make trade-offs, and balance the partner needs. You're able to take complex projects, break them down into manageable pieces, and deliver.

The Director of Partnership Operations - Technology Partnerships will possess an extensive program management background, have demonstrated experience leading large projects, and have a well-rounded technical background in current streaming technologies. We want someone who has high judgement, is influential, and brings analytical talent and leadership. You are someone who loves to problem solve and grow high-level strategic initiatives, but can be hands-on when needed.

In the role of Director of Partnership Operations, you will report to the VP of Technology Partnerships and R&D. We are considering applicants for the location of remote US.

About You

• You have 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• You have 7+ years experience working directly with engineering teams
• You have 5+ years of leading partnership initiatives, working directly with business teams
• You have experience managing programs across teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Pluses:

• You have 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk management experience
• You have experience managing projects across several teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• You have experience managing a Partner Engagement Lifecycle
• You have experience with Streaming QoE metrics

We collaborate with a diverse network of device, payment, and gaming partners to broaden the reach of Crunchyroll's offerings. Our primary objective is to increase growth, open up new acquisition channels, and optimize both the scope and quality of our services.
