- Commercial Leadership & Team Development: You lead and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team consisting of 2 direct reports, driving strategic alignment, performance excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous professional growth
- Revenue & Growth Accountability: You own and deliver ambitious revenue targets (40-50% annual growth) across EGYM’s direct markets in EMEA and Enterprise distribution markets in APAC, with accountability for achieving sales objectives in both hardware equipment and software solutions. You proactively manage pipeline development, maintain rigorous forecasting accuracy, and ensure comprehensive pipeline visibility and integrity to drive strategic alignment across the business
- Strategic Business Development & Partnership Management: You define and execute the commercial strategy for EGYM’s enterprise business. You position EGYM as the premier fitness technology partner and cultivate long-term strategic partnerships with major enterprise clients to secure foundational, high-value deals
- Contract & Negotiation Leadership: You lead high-stakes contract negotiations with senior executives, securing profitable agreements that underpin our global market expansion goals
- Cross-functional Strategic Collaboration: You partner closely with local Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations teams to leverage client insights, market intelligence, and technological trends, influencing strategic product roadmaps and customer-centric innovations
- Market Influence & Industry Presence: You strengthen EGYM’s reputation as a key innovator by monitoring industry trends and representing the brand at major global events
- Leadership Experience: You bring 8+ years of experience in successfully leading high-performing sales teams ideally within SaaS or technology-focused B2B sales environments in the fitness or technology sectors
- Strategic Sales Expertise: You possess the exceptional ability to formulate and execute comprehensive enterprise sales strategies as well as managing complex, multinational sales cycles
- Negotiation Mastery: You leverage outstanding negotiation skills, demonstrating consistent success in managing complex, strategic enterprise engagements and closing significant commercial agreements at executive level
- Industry Insight & Innovation: You have a genuine passion for the fitness and technology industries, and the ability to translate market insights into growth-oriented business strategies
- Communication Excellence: You bring exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction at all organizational levels; additional language skills are advantageous. German language proficiency is a plus
- Autonomy & Collaboration: You are a self-motivated leader with the proven capability to drive alignment across diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Flexibility & Mobility: You are willing to travel domestically and internationally (up to 40%) for strategic meetings and industry events
- Pipeline Ownership & Forecasting: You establish and manage a robust sales pipeline and forecasting process across EMEA & APAC, positioning the enterprise team to reliably achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets of approximately €35M by year-end 2026
- Market Expansion & Strategic Deals: You drive targeted expansion efforts into key enterprise accounts, securing at least 5-7 significant new deals by year-end to accelerate regional growth
- Commercial Strategy Execution: You refine and implement an integrated commercial strategy, ensuring cohesive alignment of business development initiatives, sales execution, and customer insights to effectively support strategic product enhancements and business outcomes
- Team Expansion: You successfully hire and onboard at least one additional Account Manager to further strengthen the sales team's capabilities
