The eCommerce Operations Coordinator is an important eCommerce team member responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of online retail operations. You will coordinate multiple aspects of eCommerce, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics. You have,, and an understanding of eCommerce processes.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:

  • Work with the inventory and accounting to reconcile bills from Vendors all the way through resolution of bills

  • Publish Measurement reports daily

• Order Processing and Fulfillment:

  • Work with Warehouse teams to reconcile all bills associated to the warehouses and review with team weekly

  • Publish KPI reports daily

• Logistics Coordination:

  • Manage, and reconcile transportation bills

• Quality Control:

  • Maintain quality control procedure documents for eCommerce operations.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and our teams to address vendor bill issues promptly.

• Systems and Technology:

  • Utilize eCommerce platforms and order management systems.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades or enhancements.

  • Assist with daily business activities and administrative tasks

  • Work with team to Anticipate and Resolve issues stemming from vendor bills 

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using eCommerce platforms and order management systems.

• Knowledge of logistics, shipping, and supply chain processes.

• Familiarity with quality control procedures.
