E-Commerce Manager with UX/UI Focus (f/m/d)
Your mission
- You lead the design of user interfaces for our e-commerce websites, ensuring an exceptional user experience
- You create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups using tools like Figma
- You collaborate with our e-commerce managers & development team to translate designs into functional web features
- You're a champion best practices in UX/UI design and advocate for user-centric design decisions
- Together with other e-commerce managers, you implement A/B tests to evaluate the performance of design changes
- Outside of the design cosmos, you will also work as part of our e-commerce team on marketing campaigns and general improvements to our international online stores
- You stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and technologies, making recommendations for improvements
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Design, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- You have proven experience in UX/UI design, including wireframing, prototyping, and mockup creation
- You are proficient in design tools like Figma or Adobe XD
- You have a strong understanding of responsive web design principles
- Development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a significant plus
- You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills
- You enjoy working independently as well as in a team
- You have a very good command of English; knowledge of German, Italian, Spanish and/or French is a plus
