With our product, businesses can collect, manage and document user consents on websites and apps, and achieve full compliance in accordance with global privacy regulations while facilitating high consent rates and building trust with their customers.We are looking for a Manager UI/UX Design to lead the strategic direction and execution of our UI/UX design initiatives, ensuring our products deliver exceptional user experiences. You will serve as the leader for our existing team of UI/UX Product Designers and closely align with different design positions within our marketing and growth departments, ensuring cohesive and high-quality design outputs across all touchpoints. Additionally you will spearhead the design strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and craft intuitive, engaging interfaces for our privacy solutions (Cookiebot CMP, Usercentrics CMP & PMP). This position demands a profound understanding of design principles, a passion for user-centered design, and the ability to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our users and partners.

Your Tasks

  • Establish and steer the overall design vision, design system and design strategy for Usercentrics, aligning with customer needs, best practices, our product strategy, brand handbook and market trends
  • Serve as the leadership anchor for the UI/UX Product Design team and Marketing design team within the company, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Define and explore the design problem space before proposing innovative, user-centric solutions
  • Develop and nurture close relationships with customers and partners to gain insights into their needs and the competitive landscape, driving design decisions that resolve user challenges
  • Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to implementation, ensuring timely delivery of compelling design solutions
  • Communicate design updates, vision, and milestones to internal stakeholders, securing alignment and support
  • Document and maintain design systems and standards
  • Enable sales success through the design and provision of materials that support new product launches and features
  • Continuously evaluate and refine UI/UX design based on user feedback, analytics, and best practices
  • Serve as a leading voice in UI/UX design, offering guidance and expertise to internal teams and external clients

You Bring

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Manager, Senior UI/UX Designer, or similar leadership role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong leadership in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing excellence in user interface and user experience design across multiple platforms
  • Demonstrated experience leading design teams, including UI/UX designers and collaboration with marketing design teams, to produce cohesive and innovative design solutions
  • Deep knowledge of design tools and software (e.g. Figma), and a strong understanding of front-end development technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-centric approach to design and decision-making
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience with agile and lean methodologies, and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA)
