About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Specialist with strong organizational skills and experience in e-commerce operations and platforms. You will report to the Director of eCommerce and support the backend operations of our European store. This includes coordinating with our third-party warehouse, managing daily operations, collaborating with the customer experience team, and setting up products for all European storefronts.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate updates on item availability and order status.
  • You will work closely with the US operations team to set up and launch new products.
  • You will monitor site analytics, KPIs, and user feedback to provide insights and recommendations for improving customer experience and store operations.
  • You will identify trends with the EU customer support team that may impact customer sentiment and implement changes to address issues.
  • You will collaborate with the Site Experience Manager to implement changes based on the merchandising calendar and create necessary assets, including localized versions, for storefronts.
  • You will support product, vendor, and customer management to enhance the consumer experience.
  • You will audit system integrations to ensure new features meet specifications and pass QA before going live.
  • You will manage product metadata, including content for localized storefronts in languages such as English, French, and German.
  • You will monitor and audit the third-party warehouse to ensure timely handling of shipments and accurate product counts in our systems.
About You

  • 2+ years of experience in a coordinator or support role in e-commerce.
  • You have experience with logistics, warehousing, and item setup.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and either French or German.
  • You have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • You have excellent collaboration skills and work effectively in a team environment.
  • You have 1+ years of experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud or a similar ERP system.
  • You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
