LogicMonitor is disrupting the hybrid cloud monitoring market by changing the way businesses use disparate sources of data. We are already a leader in this space – and we started by solving the hardest, most complicated problem first. With roots in the IT Infrastructure Monitoring space, we have carved out excellent product-market fit in hybrid cloud monitoring. Our customers love LogicMonitor's ability to bring cloud and traditional IT together into one view, as seen in minimal churn rates, expansion business, and exciting new customer references. As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Director, Marketing - EMEA.

Reporting to the CMO and General Manager in EMEA, the Director, Marketing - EMEA is responsible for developing and leading all marketing initiatives within the region. This person will determine the right mix of marketing programs to measurably increase the company’s brand reputation and drive demand for the region. They will also be held accountable for driving results that align with marketing’s contribution to the total pipeline and bookings for the company.

This role actively partners with Global Demand Generation, Brand and Comms, Creative Services, Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Channel/Alliances organizations to extend the reach of LogicMonitor’s marketing messages to IT organizations in companies across all industries and target segments.

A successful candidate will be strategic, results-driven, collaborative, and comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This individual will build and manage multi-pronged marketing initiatives across various channels, and they will have broad expertise and capabilities across the following functional areas:

    • Public Relations

The successful candidate will also:

  • Implement LogicMonitors EMEA marketing plans to drive regional brand, corporate comms, and demand generation efforts
  • Ensure consistent quality of planning and execution for EMEA marketing programs that contribute to quarterly pipeline and bookings targets
  • Align inbound lead generation channels in EMEA to drive market interest, buying intent, and pipeline opportunity
  • Manage the EMEA Marketing budget in line with global marketing budget processes, including building out spend requirements to meet targets, optimizing spend allocation, and constructing business cases for incremental investment strategies
  • Increase regional-based marketing efficiencies, including optimizing lead development and demand flow through EMEA Marketing and Sales
  • Progress relationships with Global Demand Generation, Brand and Comms, Creative Services, Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Channel/Alliances teams in EMEA to enrich communication and refine service level agreements between organizations
  • Work closely with EMEA leadership to identify storylines, amplify company-wide product launches, and build thought leadership and advocacy within the region
  • Devise and execute ongoing marketing initiatives to generate a steady stream of non-product news to build awareness
  • Manage the creation, execution, editing, publishing, and management of EMEA-focused content
  • Have a strong focus on data, analytics, and measurement to achieve and report out on regional awareness and bookings goals
What You'll Need:
  • 10+ years of marketing experience driving revenue impact in high-growth technology companies, preferably in the B2B space
  • 4+ years of people management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA a plus.
  • Solid foundation and experience in marketing to IT technology buyers at various levels in a recurring revenue model
  • Experience in content creation (contributed articles, blogs, press releases, analyst decks, etc.) and developing a regional B2B social strategy
  • Core expertise in managing a marketing budget and optimizing spend across various programs and distribution channels to meet targets
  • Ability to lead regional marketing programs at both strategic and operational levels
  • Intuitive ability to construct and optimize demand flow through the MDR team
  • Core understanding of marketing analytics and conversion rate optimization to drive opportunity prioritization
  • Proven success in developing actionable segmentation strategies to drive awareness and lead acquisition efforts
