We're seeking an enthusiastic intern to work with our Employee Experience Team in India. You will have the opportunity to work on key projects as well as understand the daily workings of our different core teams, from regional HR, HR transformation, recruiting and Business partnering.

What we are looking for in you 

• In the process of receiving a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in business, Human Resources, Law, Psychology or similar
• Have a foundation in customer service, data analysis/ processing, desk-based research or similar
• Have a minimum of one quarter/semester remaining in university studies after the internship concludes. Graduation completion in H2 2024 or H1 2025.

MongoDB internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 consecutive weeks lasting from dates in June until August. All interns are considered hybrid employees, designated the "in office" working model and are expected to be in their office location 3-5 days a week.
