We are seeking an Employee Experience Manager to drive impactful programs that enhance engagement, fuel our connected and collaborative culture, and support hybrid and remote populations. This is a hybrid position based in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Employee Experience Managers at Collibra are responsible for
  • Designing and delivering programs: Lead and contribute to initiatives that span the entire employee journey—from onboarding to exit—including recognition, in-office experience, remote engagement, and collaboration programs.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally: Partner with Workplace, People Partners, IT, and team leaders to create cohesive experiences that reflect Collibra’s culture.
  • Championing engagement: Present and advocate for employee experience initiatives and metrics to senior leaders, employees, and key stakeholders.
  • Evaluating and improving programs: Use data-driven insights, including engagement scores and participation metrics, to refine and measure the success of programs.
  • Vendor management: Work with external vendors to deliver high-quality resources and tools that enhance employee engagement and connection.
  • Supporting hybrid and remote populations: Develop initiatives that ensure all employees feel included and equipped to succeed, regardless of their location.
  • Advocating culture: Infuse Collibra’s mission, values, and collaborative spirit into every aspect of the employee experience, creating moments that matter from onboarding to departure.
You have
  • 7+ years of experience in People (HR) roles with a focus on employee engagement, experience, or program management.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive impactful, scalable employee engagement initiatives in dynamic environments.
  • Experience managing large-scale programs and partnering with vendors to deliver impactful results.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering initiatives that drive measurable improvements in employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to champion initiatives and present to senior leaders.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (advanced certifications are a bonus).
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • This role will require periodic travel.

Measures of success are
  • Within your first month, you will have met with key stakeholders, assessed the current state of employee experience programs, and begun building relationships across the organization.
  • By your third month, you will have developed and begun executing a strategy to enhance employee engagement and connection, with initial programs already underway.
  • By your sixth month, you will have demonstrated measurable improvements in engagement and participation, delivered impactful programs, and established yourself as a trusted advocate for employee experience at Collibra.
Compensation for This Role

The standard base salary range for this position is $$116,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.

In addition to base salary, we offer equity ownership at every level, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.
