About the Role

The Yotpo Learning and Enablement Team seeks a curious and action-oriented Learning & Enablement Manager, APAC. As a member of the global Learning & Enablement (L&E) team, you’ll be helping with the execution of training and learning programs that will ensure the success of our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams who drive revenue for the company, including Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success organizations, specifically within our APAC region.

As the Learning & Enablement Manager for APAC, you will be responsible for overseeing training initiatives, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful enablement programs. We are looking for someone with a broad skill set who can become highly proficient at understanding how our products work so they can ensure comprehensive understanding and seamless integration of the product roadmap and new features within GTM teams, empowering them to adeptly apply this knowledge to daily activities such as Sales demos, Quarterly Business Reviews, or Partner conversations, fostering a consistently high level of product expertise across all customer touchpoints.

You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Learning and Enablement. The mission of the Learning and Enablement team is to empower the GTM Teams with the tools and knowledge needed to drive revenue growth, retain customers, and optimize the entire customer journey. Through strategic initiatives, we aim to foster collaboration, continuously elevate team capabilities, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

You will:

  • Partner with the GTM key stakeholders in APAC to design, develop, and deliver learning experiences and tools for all the relevant teams. 
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps across the GTM teams and build strategies to close those gaps.
  • Schedule and host training in partnership with the Product Marketing team to ensure the GTM teams are up to date on the newest product features as well as best practices and market trends within eCommerce.
  • Deliver training to new employees within APAC to instill eCommerce knowledge, product messaging and positioning, and an overview of tools and technologies they will need to perform their jobs.
  • Become an expert on the eCommerce industry, as well as Yotpo’s products and platform, our key value propositions, and how we solve our customer’s challenges in order to inform and create targeted, impactful GTM enablement materials and training programs that directly contribute to the effectiveness and success of our GTM teams.
  • Leverage and actively analyze content from the Gong library, tracking and analyzing Gong calls themselves, to distill actionable insights and uncover valuable patterns that drive GTM effectiveness. Manage this information to continuously enhance GTM strategies and refine GTM enablement programs.
  • Create surveys and monitor feedback on the programs we run to ensure their success and identify any gaps in relevancy & delivery.
  • Implement and reinforce MEDDPICC training methodologies, ensuring continuous learning and skill development among the sales team.
  • Understand Yotpo’s sales process inside and out (including shadowing Sales Reps and Sales Engineers) to gain the context necessary to make your materials and training relevant.

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in sales enablement, business operations, learning & enablement, training, or other equivalent experience.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders within complex, global companies to develop business objectives, solve problems, and implement strategies.
  • Track record of looking beyond existing solutions and taking a proactive and creative approach to improving the business and creating opportunities to make our customer groups more productive
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, constantly changing SaaS environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with the eCommerce industry and the specific challenges and opportunities it presents.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Experience working for a global organization, coordinating with colleagues across different time zones.
  • Self-starter who is as comfortable working on their own as well as part of a wider team.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), CMS, and other relevant tools.
