Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams.
What you’ll do
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join the Clinical Assistant team in the Clinical & Financial domain.
You will have the chance to manage a cross functional feature team made of Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Machine learning engineers, all focused on the delivery of a fully AI powered product. Documenting a patient's medical record is painful, requires time and shifts the focus of the practitioner from the patient to the notes. We want to create a new way of documenting consultation through a new, fully AI powered product. By being the technical leader of this cross functional team. You'll be impacting 10th of thousands of healthcare professionals day to day experience by freeing them up from their keyboard.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, as well as software engineers, machine learning engineer and Data experts to define and implement features to improve healthcare access for patients
- Take a leading role within the team and contribute to establishing a technical vision that ensures the performance, security, and usability of the application.
- Taking leadership on delivering roadmap items (together with the team)
- Partner with talent & people teams to recruit, develop and retain talent
- Lead cross functional initiatives to up-level our engineering team

- You have at least 8+ years of software engineering experience and 4+ years of management experience
- You have experience scaling and leading a technical organization, while implementing best-in-class methodologies
- You have experience with Typescript/React (or you’re eager to learn) and you understand the value of testing your code
- You have experience with Data focused products / AI / Models
- You have best-in-class communication skills to lead a cross functional team
