About this role :
We are looking for an Event Manager / Workplace Experience Manager in Munich to help our Workplace Experience team to ensure our Munich Office runs smoothly.You will be the heart of our office, and the one who supports internal and external parties with all matters regarding the office. This includes a wide range of responsibilities, like taking care of the look & feel of the office, BHV regulations, induction days, events planning, office supplies.
Responsibilities:- Be the voice, face and heart of our company in Munich
- Mandatory presence in our Munich office for a minimum of 4 days per week is expected
- You are our sunshine in the office and bring a breath of fresh air into the processes around office management, facilities, appointments, interface to accounting and you take care of all the administrative tasks related to your job but also you love to give a hand to your colleagues
- To oversee all aspects of our daily operations at our Munich office; showcasing a 5* employee experience standard in line with our values
- Reporting to the Global Workplace & Events Assoc. Director
- Support our wider Community team to drive a feeling of belonging
- Proactively select, interview and negotiate contracts with vendors; then manage these accordingly
- Partner with local stakeholders to foster strong relationships and drive cross-collaboration
- Drive, and be responsible for all office management tasks in the office
- Be responsible for your own projects like comparing vendor contracts
- Manage multiple tasks, projects and priorities. You’ll be a go-to, in-demand figure in the office.
- Be an internal influencer. An ambassador for our team, and a leading face of our business.
- Communicate clearly and effectively digitally, and in person across all levels of management.
- Plan, organize and execute all in-house company events together with the team.
- Create rewarding moments on special days, like anniversaries, holidays, etc.
- Coordinate with our other Office Managers from other offices to harmonise processes.
- Act as a contact person for the landlord of the Munich office
