The Events & Corporate Programs team at HashiCorp operates as a dynamic, data-centric, and globally collaborative unit. The Events & Corporate Programs Manager, Conferences position is situated within the Demand Generation team. Our team concentrates on significant industry conference sponsorships, executive connections, and centralized customer programs. This role entails executing strategies for third-party conferences, overseeing planning and budgeting, and managing execution across our yearly partner conference sponsorship plan. The Event Manager  will collaborate closely with product marketing, partner marketing, digital marketing, sales, design, and PR/communications to achieve objectives and enhance our global brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily organizational tasks, vendor relationships, event planning, and scheduling internal stakeholder meetings.
  • Manage conference agreements and manage invoice processing, while maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to execute cohesive, multi-touch integrated campaigns focused on our top-tier conference sponsorships.
  • Assist with campaign setup requests and building of event registration pages in Splash as needed for conferences we sponsor
  • Conduct post-event reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of conference activities and assess the impact on key metrics such as brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue generation. 
  • Create presentation slide decks for internal stakeholder meetings, following the guidance and direction provided by the Corporate Programs leader.
  • Assist in departmental reporting, including providing weekly, monthly, and annual updates, as well as contributing to the annual planning process.
  • Collaborate on the curation and design of impactful conference giveaways.
  • Manage a detailed budget for your execution tactics.

Skills & Experience:

  • 1-3 years in marketing or event management
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work closely with a distributed team and collaborate closely across geographically dispersed marketing teams and disciplines
  • Interested in a fast-paced company with the desire to learn quickly across a constantly changing environment 
  • Experience with Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Drive with ability to learn new software quickly
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, and Splash is preferred
  • Available to travel 25% of the year 

 

The base pay range for this role in the SF Bay Area / NYC area is:$114,800—$135,000 USDThe base pay range for this role in Seattle Metro, Denver / Boulder Metro, New York (excluding NYC), or California (excluding SF Bay Area) is:$105,200—$123,800 USDThe base pay range for this role in Colorado (excluding Denver / Boulder Metro) and Washington (excluding Seattle Metro) is:$95,600—$112,500 USD
