About the Department

The Executive Briefing Center (EBC) program coordinator will actively contribute to and support our current EBC Program and will report into the Global Director of BizOps. The BizOps Team is part of our Global Revenue Operations Team, which is responsible for driving operational excellence, exceptional business results, and productivity across all teams in the Revenue Organization.

Sales Operations, Account Executives, Channel Account Managers, Business Development Representatives, Solution Engineers and Customer Success - all working together as part of our wider Revenue Organization to help our customers adopt Cloudflare and create great Internet-enabled experiences.

What you'll do

Cloudflare is looking for an EBC program coordinator to help scale the existing global Executive Briefing program to allow for further growth and accelerated improvements in how we deliver Executive Briefings at Cloudflare. This is an individual contributor role which will be the face of the Global EBC program in our EMEA headquarters. It is a highly visible position where you will be expected to drive clear communication strategies with external Customer Executives and act as a liaison with Cloudflare Executives presenting at EBCs. You will work to improve internal processes, execute complex event coordination plans, and drive efficiencies for the overall program so we can deliver our EBC program growth plans for 2024 and beyond.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Act as the EBC Program representative in the EMEA region and build strong relationships with all internal senior stakeholders in EMEA. Promote and evangelize the EBC brand & value proposition within the EMEA region.
  • Project manage all steps in the life cycle of strategic Executive Briefings. This includes helping ensure that Cloudflare is creating an exceptional customer experience and also creating measurable revenue growth opportunities via the EBC program. 
  • Deliver best in class event management outcomes and provide exceptional customer service to all program participants, including Executive Briefing Center visitors, program stakeholders, and team members.
  • Manage all Briefing Logistics - Catering Orders, Gifting, Surveys, Attendee registration, Room set-up, etc.
  • Develop and create templates, training materials and other assets for program participants, with a particular focus on building personalized assets for specific Executive Briefings
  • Deliver training sessions as well as other key assets for program participants.
  • Actively participate in problem solving and planning sessions to contribute to the improvement and evolution of the EBC program 
  • Collate, synthesize and share quantitative and qualitative data captured throughout the Executive Briefing experience that will contribute to regular reporting to Cloudflare Leadership. 
  • Deliver monthly program analytics and success metrics to leadership and program participants.
  • Lead regular feedback sessions with internal stakeholders (Executives, SMEs & Accounts Teams) to capture valuable feedback that drives continuous improvement of overall engagement and program.

  • Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior management
  • Possesses exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills, and able explain your work clearly and concisely to stakeholders

Required Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience (3-5 years) working on sales teams programs
  • Proven track record of strong project management skills, with the ability to scope, execute and report on projects throughout their lifecycle
  • Proven track record of working across global stakeholders and making strategic recommendations to evolve high-profile, high-impact programs.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills with ability to present to different audiences (Executives, Sales, and Customer Success).
  • Must be highly organized and possess exceptional time management skills, with the ability to effectively juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results.
