Innovation Strategist - Executive Briefing Centre
The Team
As an Innovation Strategist, you will be tasked with building out the Celonis Executive Briefing experience, you will be a key contributor strategizing, creating and delivering impactful executive experiences. The Celonis Executive Briefing Center is the next-generation hub for executive engagements at Celonis that deliver exclusive & extraordinary experiences around our Celonis platform to C-suite profile audience. The goal of the Executive Briefing is to create impactful peaks in the journey with our customers, which eventually translate to long-term, sustainable value for all stakeholders.
This role is a fixed term position to cover maternity leave with the contract running for 1.5 years. We are looking for the selected candidate to join us in Feb 2024.
The Role
As an Innovation Strategist, you will be responsible for strategy, creation and delivery of exclusive content in the Executive Briefing Center as well as scaling the Executive Briefing Center Program beyond its current reach. Together with account teams and other Celonis stakeholders, you will be responsible for translating our customers' biggest business challenges into innovative solutions. The focus is on creating a customized value proposition for our customers and prospects in a clear and visionary format.
You will drive project management and enablement to ensure successful execution of these high value interactions. Cross functional collaboration will be an essential part of your daily work, as Executive Briefing Centers require many teams to contribute and be aligned. Measures of success would include the number of EBCs delivered, new customer acquisition rates, up-selling and contribution to overall topline growth and overall customer satisfaction.
The work you’ll do
- Coordinate the overall agenda for the Executive Briefing Center, along with content creation support, as well as structured follow up in collaboration with Account Executives and Chief of Staff
- Collaborate with Account Teams to obtain knowledge on the audience profile, their history with Celonis and industry specific trends & drivers
- Be the strategic liaison between GTM, marketing and product team to create cutting-edge presentations and demos
- Use innovation and creativity to elevate our pitches, attuned to C-suite audience profiles
- Facilitate Executive Briefings and engage in thought leading discussions during Executive Briefing Center, through product expertise, empathy and sharp business acumen
- Enable the GTM organization and drive EBC demand
- Project manage work streams of different Executive Briefing Centers and provide status updates to teams
The qualifications you need
- Fluency in German and English
- Proven success as in sales, presales or marketing, min. 6 years experience
- Proven track record selling complex enterprise solution
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Exceptional pitching and public speaking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Project and stakeholder management skills
- Obtained a BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably with a focus on sales, marketing, project management
