FASHION SALES WORKING STUDENT (F/M/D)
Deine Aufgaben
- Provide support across all sales functions, including reporting, order management, and executing IVY OAK's operational processes
- Communicate with B2B customers and agents via phone and email to build and maintain strong relationships
- Ensure operational excellence by meeting deadlines, maintaining accuracy, and continuously seeking ways to improve processes
- Collaborate with customers, the sales team, and the operations team to thoughtfully resolve order issues
- Assist our Head of Sales and B2B Sales & Operations Manager with day-to-day tasks, particularly during sales campaigns in our showrooms
- Manage size scales and other key data within SAP to ensure timely deliveries and prevent or resolve chargebacks
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, e-commerce, fashion management, or a related field
- Apprenticeship or initial experience in sales is a plus
- Strong motivation to deliver exceptional service to our B2B client
- Excellent analytical skills with a passion for working with numbers and data
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments, with a proactive and collaborative approach to work. Open to change and eager to find improvements and practical solutions
- Organized and structured working style, with a sense of ownership and responsibility to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus
- Knowledge or interest in sustainability, CSR, and circular economy is a big advantage
