📣 A bit about the role.

Fancy making around £800 a week, working 4 days, talking all things dog? This could be the job for you! We are looking for outgoing animal lovers who would make charismatic & engaging Sales Representatives to represent the brand and help us change the pet food industry for the better.

As part of your role you will be attending face-to-face selling opportunities across the North of England. The majority of the locations will be shopping centres, but you will also have the opportunity to work at food festivals, county shows, Christmas markets, exhibitions and dog shows.

After acquiring 100,000+ customers in a face-to-face setting in the UK alone, Butternut Box has big growth plans - join us as we bring health and happiness to more of the nation’s dogs and their pet parents.

🚀 A bit more about the job:

  • You’ll be attending selling activations across the region, stopping potential customers and pitching our offering to them.
  • The majority of locations will be within 90 minutes of Manchester. Any travel outside of 1 hour, mileage will be paid. Any travel 2 hours+, accommodation will be provided.
  • At times, you will be required to set up & break down our Butternut Box selling stand.

🙌 A bit about what we offer:

  • Four days per week, on a 32-hour contract. The work will be mostly Wednesday-Saturday.
  • £92 per day as base pay (Minimum Wage x 8 hours).
  • The sky's the limit with our uncapped commission structure - average earnings of £700 - £900, top earners hitting £1,200+ per week.
  • A full sales training day at our Manchester office and regular sales coaching support.

  • Full driving licence and own transport highly favoured.
  • Must be based in the North West.
  • Must have customer-facing experience & be looking for a career in sales.
  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Face-to-face selling experience favoured.
  • Hardworking and driven by sales.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Confident in large spaces and big crowds.
  • Have amazing interpersonal skills.
  • You’re a huge dog lover, of course!
