✅ Sell first – Hit the streets to understand the market, pitch SumUp’s POS & card readers, and close deals✅ Build a freelance sales force – Recruit & lead 10 - 15 self-employed  commission based Field Sales Reps✅ Scale fast – Expand across multiple cities & regions, not just one territory✅ Coach & lead – Drive team performance, activity, and conversion rates✅ Act like a founder – Be the local expert and partner cross-functionally with HQ
