Your work-life opportunity
As part of the controlling team within the Finance Performance department, you will play a key role by providing financial analyses and insights to the Company’s decision-makers.
Be a part of a team where you will:
- Ensure management reporting completeness and accuracy, including adequate cost allocation
- Provide valuable financial analyses and insights to all relevant stakeholders and decision-makers
- Actively contribute to the establishment of the annual budget and monthly reviews of the estimations
- Drive continuous cost optimization
- Ensure financial reporting compliance
- Create, enhance, and maintain financial dashboards and analyses
- Develop procedures and controls for your areas
- Support the implementation of the department’s projects
- Support the Company’s decision-makers with any ad-hoc requests
- Support in the monthly calculation of the intercompany transactions (recharges between entities)
You have:
- 1 or 2 years of experience in audit, accounting, and/or controlling
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
- Advanced command of the English language
- Google Workspace expertise, especially in Excel
- Proven track record, strong business acumen, problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach, proactive and autonomous, good vibes
- An ability to take any problem, deep dive, reveal route cause, draft improvement solutions, and communicate to stakeholders
- The ability to summarize and present complex issues in a simple way
- Obsessed with continuous improvements, delivering value, and allergic to manual tasks
- Experience with SAP
- International exposure
- Spanish language
