Your work-life opportunity

 

As part of the controlling team within the Finance Performance department, you will play a key role by providing financial analyses and insights to the Company’s decision-makers.

 

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Ensure management reporting completeness and accuracy, including adequate cost allocation
  • Provide valuable financial analyses and insights to all relevant stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Actively contribute to the establishment of the annual budget and monthly reviews of the estimations
  • Drive continuous cost optimization
  • Ensure financial reporting compliance
  • Create, enhance, and maintain financial dashboards and analyses
  • Develop procedures and controls for your areas
  • Support the implementation of the department’s projects
  • Support the Company’s decision-makers with any ad-hoc requests
  • Support in the monthly calculation of the intercompany transactions (recharges between entities)

 

You have:

  • 1 or 2 years of experience in audit, accounting, and/or controlling
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
  • Advanced command of the English language
  • Google Workspace expertise, especially in Excel
  • Proven track record, strong business acumen, problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach, proactive and autonomous, good vibes
  • An ability to take any problem, deep dive, reveal route cause, draft improvement solutions, and communicate to stakeholders
  • The ability to summarize and present complex issues in a simple way
  • Obsessed with continuous improvements, delivering value, and allergic to manual tasks
Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience with SAP
  • International exposure
  • Spanish language
