We are seeking an exceptional Finance Manager to support the Partner Sales organization and drive strategic initiatives. This role is part of the GTM Finance team and will work closely with multiple stakeholders across Sales, Finance and Accounting.

This role requires a self-starter with strong analytical & business modeling skills, is passionate about process improvements and is eager to help influence decision making using insights & leading indicators.  

What You Will Be Doing

  • Analyze partner performance data, identify trends, and assess the effectiveness of partner programs, including Contra, Partner Enablement, and Market Development Fund (MDF) spend. Provide insights to optimize partner engagement and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to track partner performance, profitability, and metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions
  • Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and analyses related to partner sales strategies, compensation plans, and incentive structures. Assist in the development of business cases for new partner programs or changes to existing ones
  • Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting tools, and systems related to partner sales. Implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
  • Participate in the continued development of a partner spend planning model, rolling forecast, and modeling tools and processes to improve efficiency and better alignment with the business execution
  • Pull together quarterly finance metrics published to finance and sales leaders,including Partner ROI metrics
  • Responsible for sharing with business partners an overview of their monthly close, forecast, headcount, Business Variance (BVA) Analysis and providing insights
  • Maintain the budget & headcount investment models, Contract Analysis, and initiative prioritization  
  • Strategically design, plan, and kickoff the annual planning cycle  
  • Define in collaboration with Finance and Sales partners a partner investment framework that drives alignment with financial and operational strategies
  • Perform ad hoc analysis covering, but not limited to: headcount growth, personnel investments including cost per head trending, and other operational metrics
  • Define & Automate business partner financial packages using a data visualization tools that can be leveraged by FP&A and sales leads to communicate financial results in a standard format on a quarterly basis

What You Bring To The Team

  • BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent; MBA a plus
  • 6-8 years of experience of progressively complex roles in a financial function with financial planning and analysis experience, particularly in business-facing FP&A roles or Business Analysts roles 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated track record and success in working with large amounts of data, synthesizing patterns and trends into compelling analysis for executive decision-making
  • Great systems experience in Excel, Google Sheets, Anaplan, NetSuite, Alteryx, or similar systems and tools
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, Tableau or comparable tools to perform data analysis independently
  • Attention to detail when necessary and ability to synthesize large volumes of data and summarize into presentation/management views
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills, collaborative, positive attitude, and a strong team player
