YOUR MISSION

Join our dynamic finance team in Ukraine, where your analytical expertise will contribute to Glovo's rapid growth and success. In this role, you'll collaborate with a diverse group of talented professionals in a stimulating, fast-paced environment. Our team is committed to driving financial excellence and innovation, ensuring Glovo remains a leader in the delivery sector. Your contributions will be pivotal in shaping the financial strategies that propel us forward.

THE JOURNEY

  • Manage regular financial operations, including partner commission fees, courier billing, and marketing revenue invoicing.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, providing valuable insights into key metrics such as partner commissions, courier costs (CPO), and marketing revenue.
  • Collaborate with local management by providing in-depth analysis of revenue streams and courier-related costs.
  • Calculate and manage ads revenue billing, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for marketing activities.
  • Monitor and report on overdue partner debts, including calculating BDA and working with Account Managers to reduce outstanding balances.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and contribute to comprehensive financial and management reporting.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (AM, Qcom, and Operations) to efficiently address financial requests and ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in business process improvement initiatives to reduce errors and enhance overall operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or advisory roles.
  • Strong analytical and computational skills, including proficiency in data transformations and analysis , integrity checking, and complex calculations.
  • Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
  • StrongIT skills, with a focus on MS Excel and Google Sheets for management reporting and analysis.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in written English at an upper-intermediate level (B2 or higher) with ability to interpret financial documents; 
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and correcting errors in financial data.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
