The Finance team at Jump is looking to add a Financial Application Systems Developer! In this role, you will assist in managing Jump’s current suite of systems which consist of NetSuite ERP, several sub-ledgers, Concur, and a variety of third party hosted software. You will also assist in driving the development of integrated financial system strategies from definition of data, process, and systems to achieve improvement in data accuracy and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in requirement gatherings for systems or new functionality implementations and coordination with third party vendors
  • Translate requirements into configuration and customization actions
  • Develop proprietary interfaces and integration points to support automation of processes
  • Develop custom system functionality to assist with business processes
  • Provide level 1 support for all systems
  • Other duties as assigned or needed

Skills You’ll Need:

  • At least 2 years of experience with Financial and Procurement “packaged” systems
  • At least 1 year of experience with databases and SQL (MySQL or SQL Server preferred)
  • Python and JavaScript programming skills
  • Able to develop proprietary solutions for interfaces and automation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Very detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be comfortable working with internal customers (e.g., management, DBAs, accounting, clearing) as well as external personnel (third party vendors, etc.)
  • Financial services back office experience preferred
  • Reliable and predictable availability
