We’re seeking an experienced Financial Applications Analyst to join our team at our Tel Aviv Office. The team collaborates with the Finance, Procurement, Billing, and FP&A departments in system implementations and design of financial processes.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Accounting, Billing, Procurement, and BA teams to design and implement solutions that support financial and operational business needs, especially in the Q2C area.
- Plan, design, and implement financial processes and solutions according to business needs.
- Manage projects for financial systems implementations and enhancements.
- Ensure completion of tasks, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews of all Billing/Financial systems.
- Support current processes and administrate existing systems
- Train end-users on how to effectively use the company’s financial systems.
- Create and edit complex saved searches, reports, workflows, forms, dashboards, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or related field required - CPA an advantage.
- Strong technical skills
- Experience with SaaS quote to cash process
- In-depth understanding of building, reviewing, and closing SaaS contracts
- Intermediate understanding of Excel functions such as IF, VLOOKUP, Index, Pivot etc.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in full accounting lifecycle (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, etc.).
The ideal candidate has proven experience and expertise using the following systems:
- NetSuite (Advanced Revenue Management - a plus)
- Zuora Rev Pro & Zuora Billing (or any Billing system)
- API and software integration
- Willing and eager to learn new platforms and technologies
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Team player and able to effectively interact with staff at all levels, service-oriented.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organized
