We’re looking for a talented Site Merchandise Manager to join our Merchandising team for fixed-term leave coverage.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, data-driven and strategic player to plan, manage, report on, and optimize the 1stDibs’ site experience across buyer segments and global markets to best drive product discoverability, sales and representation of our brand. Reporting to our Merchandising Director, you’ll join our team to execute strategies for our on-site marketing assets.

As our ideal candidate, you're a bright, self-motivated professional who is proactive, organized, data-driven, and results-oriented. You have strong written and verbal communication skills and a proven record of cross-functional collaboration. 

This is a fixed-term position for 6 months.

What you'll do:

  • Drive execution and reporting of Site merchandising efforts that engage and activate our audience of high net-worth buyers and interior designers
  • Plan, schedule, and manage weekly site content across all marketing campaigns, buyer types, and global markets
  • Monitor performance through reporting to inform decisions on future site content
  • Identify opportunities to vary site content for user groups and international markets based on differences in behavior and interest
  • Handling additional projects as necessary 

 

What you'll bring:

  • You have 4+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce and/or digital site merchandising 
  • You have a strong interest in understanding and driving user behavior
  • You have experience with Content Management Systems Google Analytics, and Asana 
  • You have experience working with Google productivity tools, including Docs, Spreadsheets, Gmail, and Calendar and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience at a marketplace 
  • Experience with Design - Furniture, Art, Jewelry and Fashion
  • Experience in the luxury market

Our overall compensation package is made of several parts, base compensation being one of them.
