HelloFresh is looking for a Manager to join the Revenue and Marketing FP&A team and provide in-depth, insightful analyses of all revenue drivers to help make business decisions and contribute to the overall growth of HelloFresh.  You will work cross-functionally with other business areas and collaborate closely with the Growth teams. The FP&A Manager will become an expert analyzing KPIs, financial results, and budget variance. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining models, methodologies, and dashboards to support data analysis, budget cycles, financial forecasts, and performance metrics reporting.  To be successful in this role, you must be data-driven, detail-oriented,  intellectually curious, skilled in communicating complex analyses and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will...

  • Work with FP&A management to build and maintain growth models and forecasts supporting revenue / spend optimization and scenario analysis.
  • Directly partner with Growth Leadership across verticals to establish and forecast key revenue drivers (AOR, AOV, Discounts, Pause Rates) for the business.
  • Assist in planning exercises and the quarterly and annual budgeting cycles for all verticals of HF US.
  • Develop and maintain scalable financial reports and models to validate and communicate weekly business reviews, KPIs, and monthly forecasting cycles.
  • Arm business leaders with the necessary analysis to make strong marketing investment decisions by helping them interpret data and measure progress against outlined goals.
  • Engage in data analysis discussions during business review meetings with cross-functional business stakeholders, senior management, and business managers.
  • Leverage knowledge of HelloFresh organization and work closely with the Global FP&A team to streamline and build standardized planning and reporting models.
  • Tracking profitability for all verticals of HF US and weekly KPI reporting
  • Own the monthly reporting, analysis and variance commentary for topline & indirect spend budgets

  At a minimum, you have...
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience with financial reporting, modeling, and planning
  • 4-year degree in finance, related business field or equivalent directly related work experience required
  • Strong understanding of financial and business drivers 
  • Experience managing processes and/or projects
  • Presentation skills and experience communicating business insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (and Google Suite equivalents) and experience in complex modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis
  • Experience in SQL

A plus if you have...

  • Experience with Tableau and/or Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Experience with Python
  • Experience within / solid understanding of subscription model and metrics 
  • Experience in consumer services
