FP&A Senior Associate - Forecasting & Executive Reporting

Job Intro

You will report to the FP&A Senior Manager and lead the monthly forecast process,where you will work with partners to ensure we have an accurate understanding of future performance, providing insights to support decision makers, with a clear understanding of the P&L impact of these decisions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being at the centre of the business, running business critical analysis and supporting the business. We are operating on a hybrid model where you will be in the office three times a week.

The job will involve:

  • Provide high-quality analysis of local markets and departments, to support decision-making in the context of the wider business, understanding drivers of short and long-term performance

  • Variance analysis of local markets and functions, understanding drivers of short and long-term performance

  • Support preparation of Executive and Board Monthly Business Reviews, and ad hoc analyses for the CFO and Investor Relations

  • Consolidating, identifying and understanding risk and opportunity to top and bottom line and presenting these to Finance Leadership Team

  • Contribute a “central finance lens” to business discussions

  • Lead financial forecasting process (maintain tools, coordinate stakeholders, drive timeline, ensure quality of forecasts)

  • Business partnering with country and function teams during forecasting process

  • Ownership and maintenance of financial models

Requirements

  • Advanced GSheet/Excel skills and complex financial modelling experience 

  • Controlling/FP&A experience

  • Experience influencing partners at multiple levels

  • 3+ years of data analysis in an analytical, strategic or commercial finance role

  • The ability to explain findings
