This is a contract role onsite Monday - Friday in our Taunton and Norton, MA warehouses. At this time, Wayfair does not provide sponsorship for employment authorization for this position.

As a Furniture Quality Auditor and On Camera Talent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and value of our furniture products. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of our Wayfair Exclusive and Specialty Brands. You will be responsible for auditing furniture on-site, confirming product details, ensuring the accuracy of imagery, and more. Additionally, you will assist in creating product videos to highlight why Wayfair loves these items. Your expertise in home furnishings, attention to detail, and comfort on camera will be crucial in executing this role effectively.

What You'll Do:

  • Review and audit assembled furniture for quality and value on-site at Wayfair warehouses in Taunton and Norton, MA.
  • Confirm schema tags, imagery, and other product details are correct.
  • Collaborate with the creative and video production teams to produce videos that showcase the features and benefits of selected furniture items.
  • Utilize your understanding of furniture design principles to evaluate and recommend improvements.
  • Read from a teleprompter and comfortably present on camera.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders, including suppliers, warehouse teams, and merchants to ensure product accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks to ensure consistency and reliable data collection
  • Meet or exceed our daily/weekly target for number of products audited and videos produced

What You’ll Need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in home furnishings, furniture design, or working within a furniture retailer.
  • Comfortable on camera and able to read from a teleprompter. Strong attention to detail and understanding of furniture design principles.
  • Able to commit to a 6 - 12 month contract, working 40 hours per week on-site at our Taunton and Norton, MA warehouses.
  • Self-starter with a genuine passion for furniture and home decor. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
