We refer to our clients as "Partners," emphasising the collaborative nature of our work. See our most recent mission update here.

The Implementation team operates globally, currently based in offices in Singapore, London and within the US.  We’re looking for someone with experience developing and scaling high performance teams, defining and executing on strategy for delivery excellence and understanding the importance of what a great “delivery” product looks like for our partners.

This isn’t a standard Delivery Director Role - it will give you the opportunity to reinvent the way partners around the world offer international payments to their customers, completely transforming this experience. It will also give you the chance to work on one of the biggest levers of our mission. We are able to reduce prices by scaling the volume of money we move - and a lot of that volume passes through bank and non bank partners.

What you’ll do:

  • You’ll be responsible for Implementation function - leading and managing a team of high performing Implementation Leads and Delivery Enablement team helping to set and meet targets, establishing and execution against delivery standards, driving and supporting OKR setting/tracking.
  • You’ll set our global delivery strategy; owning and executing initiatives, working with cross functional and regional teams to help scale the function
  • You’ll work closely with regional teams to ensure delivery of integrations for Wise Platform, helping reach revenue targets, ensuring our partners have a seamless delivery experience to help their customers have a world class international payment experience.
  • You’ll be championing Wise Platform in the rest of the organisation, and liaising across functions (customer support, financial crime, operations, etc.) to build a seamless delivery experience for our partners.
  • You’ll understand how to navigate the complex internal world of banks and large organisations. You’ll get approvals and remove blockers with, or on behalf of, our internal sponsors to ensure the project stays on track.
  • You’ll build strong relationships and work cross functionally with GTM, Product and Engineering teams, as well as senior partner stakeholders, up to CEO and board level, helping define project or product scope,  proposing new features or improvements to our current offering.

A bit about you

  • You have owned and delivered complex programs of work across enterprise/B2B partner integrations, collaborating across functions and getting the wider organisation excited about what you’re delivering.
  • You have a proven track record of managing and maturing Implementation Managers into bigger roles as well as hiring top talent.
  • You are willing to get stuck into the execution and wear any hat if it means getting things launched tomorrow. This is expected of every lead at Wise.
  • You’re able to set targets, dream big and help teams deliver against these, building consensus and doing whatever it takes to get there.
  • You have fresh ideas – You don’t accept the status quo, but are interested in scaling teams and solving problems in novel ways. You are able to communicate the impact of those ideas and formulate plans to implement them.
  • You’re an excellent, influential communicator: An effective communicator, you’re straight up and honest. You can adapt your communication style to different audiences. You’re able to persuade others and you aren’t afraid to challenge something when you need to.
