Seeking a Global Director, Talent Acquisition to lead the Global Talent Acquisition strategy and process across all regions for Payoneer, ensuring that TA programs align with the companies’ strategic priorities. This role will lead a global team responsible for developing and delivering a global talent pipeline strategy, as well as targeted talent attraction strategies and programs. The role will also shape and drive the overall employment brand expression and exceptional candidate experience across all candidate touchpoints, from first introduction through onboarding. Talent acquisition strategies will be supported through the development of consistent, scalable, and effective processes that enable the business to achieve significant growth plans.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, iterate, and lead a global talent acquisition strategy that supports and accelerates the strategic growth plans of the business across regions
- Assess talent acquisition priorities based on organization needs by partnering closely with HR Business Partners and key business leaders
- Develop methods to strengthen interviewing skills across the organization, and proving consistency, efficiency, and ease of process
- Build relationships with key internal and external talent and communities to understand their profiles and career interests while building a talent pipeline for the future
- Personally lead executive level searches
- Oversee the creation and communication of a compelling, authentic, and consistent employer brand. Design and oversee the implementation of strategies and programs that build positive recognition of Payoneer as an employer in the market and cultivate valuable candidate experiences
- Identify the right external search partners to compliment the internal recruiting team and lead negotiation of those agreements
- Develop, motivate, and retain high potential talent across recruiting, talent operations and employee branding
- Manage the successful use of the ATS and other effective talent acquisition tools
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, including global experience supporting multiple regions
- 5+ years leading a team of talent acquisition professionals; experience successfully coaching, developing, and mentoring a distributed team
- Experience designing and implementing employer branding across a variety of channels
- Experience leading recruitment for executive level positions and managing external search partners
- Demonstrated experience negotiating compensation packages including working closely with Total Rewards Partners to drive desired outcomes
- Strong partner to the business who seeks to understand the nuances and complexities of Payoneer’s business and its future talent needs
- Demonstrated sense of urgency, customer orientation, and innovation
- Deep knowledge of HR laws, best practices and adapting to changing guidelines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill insights from people analytics and devise action plans against them
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, innovative, and agile environment to drive continuous improvement
