Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategically-minded Global Employer Branding and Talent Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping and promoting our organization's brand identity on a global scale. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive employer image, attracting top talent, and ensuring consistent messaging across international platforms.

 

RESPONSABILITIES:

External Employer Branding & Talent Marketing Initiatives:

  • Set the strategy for talent marketing analytics and channels (brand favorability, impressions, campaign engagement rates, month-over-month followers, and many more), and make data-driven decisions to proactively build the top of our recruiting funnel. 
  • Define key talent segments across all international locations (25 countries) and HQ scopes (Technology, Business, Executive)  and create/execute targeted messaging and engagement strategies to attract high-quality, difficult-to-find, and diverse talent to Glovo.
  • Set up paid marketing campaigns to advertise high-priority roles through various online media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) 
  • Create high-quality content for Glovo blogs and newsletters to tap targeted talent segments. 
  • Work together with social media team to increase employee engagement rates on @lifeatglovo and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate closely with the Internal Communications team to craft essential messages and campaigns that help us draw in top talent who resonate with our organizational culture.
  • Collaborate with universities to establish partnerships and strengthen the organization's presence in academic communities.

Influence and Monitor Employer Brand Perception:

  • Partner with our Executive Leadership Team, ERG groups and other internal stakeholders to find and act on PR opportunities that will generate buzz around Glovo´s culture and job opportunities. 
  • Conduct regular audits to assess how Glovo's employer brand is perceived by external and internal audiences. Derive recommendations and orchestrate a plan of action.
  • Work alongside our Talent teams to articulate our vision for Employer Brand.
  • Craft a cohesive story around Glovo´s EVP that employees and candidates alike want to be a part of.  

Own:

  • Project manage end-to-end and drive performance marketing analysis to determine the impact of employer branding and talent marketing efforts and make prompt data-driven adjustments to improve the results.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Marketing or Employer Brand, reporting to a talent acquisition or operations/enablement function OR experience in in-house marketing or at a marketing agency 
  • Previous experience with CMS (preferably sproutsocial), CRM and analytics platforms, as well as with ad and campaign management platforms, applied to Talent Acquisition.
  • Ability to lead employer branding initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive change within an organization.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to develop and execute innovative talent marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey Glovo's employer brand message.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Ability to use data analytics to drive insights and actions.
  • Experience in creating and managing project roadmaps.
