Things You'll Do

  • Lead the global team managing real estate, facilities, employee health & safety, and workplace experience.
  • Develop and implement a world-class workplace experience strategy across all Qualtrics offices.
  • Manage real estate negotiations, interior design, space planning, food programs, and capital projects.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team with the skills to deliver on our vision.
  • Partner with global risk and security teams to ensure safe and secure workplaces.

What We're Looking For on Your Resume

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate or consulting real estate, facilities, or workplace experience.
  • Proven track record of building and leading a workplace management team.
  • Experience collaborating across departments to implement workplace strategies.
  • Deep understanding of workplace trends and best practices.
  • Global mindset with experience managing diverse teams and navigating cultural nuances.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with large-scale lease agreements.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Location: Seattle with approximately 50% travel.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. For part-time or intern positions, this pay range is for base pay per hour. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.

Washington State Pay Transparency Range$167,500—$279,500 USD
