Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to join our India-based Global Sales Operations team. This role will focus on managing and resolving PERC tickets raised by the field sales team, ensuring quick turnaround, accuracy, and alignment with sales policies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce (SFDC), the end-to-end opportunity lifecycle, and quote management processes. Strong data skills and coordination capabilities are essential to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations Support:
Own and resolve PERC tickets from the sales field with a focus on SLA adherence and data accuracy.
Provide support across the opportunity lifecycle – including opportunity creation, stage progression, and close-out processes in SFDC.
Assist with quote management, including resolving issues related to quote generation, quote approval workflows, and primary quote updates in SFDC.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Theater Ops, Sales planning and compensation, SE Ops, IT Team, Billing and Order Management) to follow up on actions or escalations.
Leverage Salesforce (SFDC) to validate and update opportunity, quote, account, and hierarchy data.
Support data analysis and reporting using Excel/Google Sheets to help drive visibility into pipeline, signings, and revenue, and provide actionable business insights to stakeholders
Maintain accurate documentation of process workflows and ensure compliance with internal governance standards.
Identify opportunities to automate or streamline recurring tasks related to PERC tickets
Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related function.
Good understanding of the sales process, including opportunity lifecycle stages and quote-to-order workflows.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC); familiarity with opportunity/quote objects and related data dependencies.
Strong analytical skills; ability to work with large datasets and generate insights.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with dashboards or ticket reporting is a plus.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with global stakeholders.
Prior experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) is a plus.
Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
