 We’re looking for a passionate Global Talent Acquisition Partner- Supporting EMEA to join our global HR team. You must be a people person, team-worker and independent professional, who has a proven track of managing end to end recruiting processes and get stuff done.The position is temporary for 12 months.

 

What’s the job?

  • Recruiting for diverse positions (Tech, Product, Operations, Marketing, Business) according to business needs.
  • End to end recruitment process: CV screen, phone interviews, HR interviews, reference checks, salary offers and contracts.
  • Implementing and utilizing effective sourcing tools and advertising on social networks to attract highly qualified candidates and promote Payoneer’s employer brand.  
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and supporting them during recruiting process.
  • Working in a very global environment. 
  • Working independently on your positions end to end while supporting the other team members when needed.
  • Being a part of our HR department and Talent Acquisition team, raising ideas, improving current processes and constantly thinking in a creative and out of the box way.

 

Does this sound like you?

  • 5 + years’ experience in recruiting, preferably in a multinational organization with exposure to European markets.
  • Experience conducting HR interviews.
  • Recruiting experience in a product company.
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA talent markets, familiarity with Irish employment laws is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics to drive insights and recommendations.
  • Proactive approach with a focus on problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; German & Spanish language skills would be a strong advantage.
  • People person, great team work, responsive, communicative

 

Not a must but great advantages

  • Experience using Greenhouse applicant tracking systems – a big advantage.
  • Experience using LinkedIn corporate seat applicant tracking systems – a big advantage
  • Experience recruiting and sourcing for R&D positions.
