As Lead Project Manager for Procurement and Supply Chain transformation at HelloFresh International, you will play a pivotal role within the Procurement and Supply Chain function. Your responsibilities will extend to managing and spearheading high-impact projects, concentrating on strategic cost reduction as well as driving organizational and structural transformations that directly influence EBIT/COGS and FCF.

In this position, your collaboration with HelloFresh’s geographies, distribution centers and finance will be crucial as you take charge of the successful execution of improvement initiatives across HelloFresh International, spanning over 7 geographies in Europe and Australia - New Zealand.

• Identify and execute high-impact, cross-functional projects along the end-to-end value chain: define project scope, improvement potential and objectives as well as project plans aligned with organizational goals and priorities
• Determine spend optimization opportunities across Directs and Indirects category with the Strategic Procurement function (category management). Implement innovative strategies for cost reduction while maintaining quality standards
• Analyze and optimize inventory management, working capital and operating cash flow
• Identify and quantify efficiency levers and areas for improvement across HelloFresh’s current processes, markets, vendor relationships and spend
• Collaborate with diverse teams, including Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Quality Control, and manage the timely delivery of project milestones
• Utilize data analytics tools to assess key performance indicators. Prepare and present insightful reports to senior management for data-driven decision making
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure seamless execution of business objectives
• Provide dynamic leadership, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Up to 30% of time

• An exceptional academic record with degree from a top-tier college or university (Engineering or Business degrees preferred)
• 6+ years of experience within procurement, supply chain management and/or in a top-tier consulting company complemented by international multi-project management in a fast-paced environment gained in consumer-driven industries
• Demonstrated ability to enforce metrics that drive efficiency, measure performance and reduce costs, combined with a good sense of hands-on mentality and strategic thinking
• Exemplary and demonstrable senior stakeholder management experience across diverse stakeholder groups
• Exceptional project management and communication skills as well as experience leading cross-functional and multi-site project teams
• Strong capabilities in data analysis, root cause analysis and structuring of complex improvement projects
• Interest to frequently travel abroad to our sites (up to 30%)
• Fluent business English knowledge mandatory; German and other European languages are considered a plus
