[GLOBAL/INT] [OPERATIONS] [UPSTREAM] Project Manager, Procurement & SCM
As a Project Manager within Procurement and Supply Chain Continuous Improvement at HelloFresh International, you will play a pivotal role within the Procurement and Supply Chain function. Your responsibilities will extend to managing and spearheading high-impact projects across the E2E Supply Chain. Current priorities within the team are ingredient quality enhancement and waste reduction initiatives internationally. In close collaboration with the international Food Safety & Quality, strategic procurement, production and inventory teams you will be responsible in identifying and prioritizing high impact projects within these topics, managing them through the design, rollout and sustainable phases, ensuring they deliver the desired impact.

What you’ll do- KPI based management of topics including, but not limited to, product quality and waste reduction in an international supply chain (in 7+ markets, 15+ DCs)
- Identify and prioritize in a data led way, initiatives and projects to improve KPIs and overall supply chain efficiency and cost optimization.
- Lead process reviews across the supply chain and across markets, including at our distributions centers and our suppliers (e.g, Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, Lean Manufacturing)
- Design, iterate and rollout process, system and tool improvements that will achieve KPI targets. Use benchmarking and best practice exchange where available to maximize existing market and business knowledge.
- Create a task-force approach and spirit with X-function stakeholders to ensure successful rollout of processes, systems and tools to deliver sustainable results.
- An exceptional academic record with degree from top-tier college or University (Engineering or Business degrees preferred)
- 4+ years of experience within procurement, supply chain management and/or continuous improvement in operations or in a top-tier consulting company complemented by international multi-project management in a fast-paced environment gained in consumer driven industries
- Solid competency in data analysis, lean methods, problem solving techniques, root cause analysis, and structuring of complex improvement projects
- Exceptional project management skills
- Exemplary and demonstrable stakeholder management experience across diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong analytical skills, SQL coding capability is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to enforce metrics that drive efficiency, measure performance and reduce costs, combined with a good sense of hands on mentality
- Interest to frequently travel abroad to our sites
- Fluent business English knowledge. German and other languages are considered a plus
- Six sigma green belt or similar qualification is a plus
