At Syncron, we see graphic design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. We are seeking an experienced graphic designer to own the creation and maintenance of both our marketing assets and content created to support the product and other marketing goals. From concept through execution, this candidate will improve our user experience by bringing our brand to life and keeping it consistent across all our various touchpoints:

• Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals 
• Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately 
• Work with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects 
• Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities

• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• Five or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience as either an in-house designer or at a marketing agency. (We require work samples to apply for this position.)
• Experience designing for a content management system (like the WordPress, Pardot or 6sense CMS).

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a major plus.
• Knowledge of the latest AI graphic design tools a major plus.
• Photography or film experience and proficiency with film or photo-editing software a plus
