The Job

For our ambitious team in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Growth Manager (Virality, CRO). Working in the Growth Marketing team, you will take a leading role in driving the local agenda for our referral programme and optimising our customer journey across websites.

Above all, we are looking for people who will make HelloFresh better. We believe there are many different ways of developing skills and we love diverse experiences! So even if you don’t “tick all the boxes” but think you’d thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you.

You will be based out of our Nordic HQ in Islands Brygge, Copenhagen and report to the Team Lead Growth Marketing.

You will…
  • Use qualitative and quantitative sources of data to develop and execute a local conversion rate optimization strategy and testing roadmap for the Nordic markets
  • Collaborate with channel owners across the Growth team to drive profitability through campaign-specific landing page optimization
  • Develop, execute and report on our physical referral program, focusing on A/B testing of discount structures, creatives and customer segmentation
  • Monitor the customer journey of the digital referral programs across Sweden, Denmark and Norway to create insightful reports on performance trends and liaise with the Global referral team on program improvements
  • Work hands-on with tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics to review landing page and virality performance
  • Independently lead and structure projects: gathering input from stakeholders, defining clear requirements, and finding the right approach to meet these requirements
You have...
  • 2-5 years of experience driving at-scale the online marketing mix, from a scale up environment, ad agency or top consulting firm
  • A strong understanding of viral growth loops and the concepts of subscription-based businesses
  • Experience with running A/B tests and conversion rate optimisation
  • A strong analytical mindset and technical know-how to do your own analyses (Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics, SQL etc.) Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Intellectual curiosity: you always want to know the “why” and you go beyond the scope of a given assignment to get your answers
  • A bias-to-action and you thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Proven experience and passion for working across functions and with senior stakeholders
  • Experience with Contentful (or other CMS) and Jira is a plus
  • A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or similar quantitative discipline
  • Fluency in English. Nordic language capabilities not required
We offer…
  • A significant discount on your weekly HelloFresh box
  • Annual learning and development budget
  • Subsidised healthy lunches
  • Comprehensive relocation assistance to move to the Nordics plus visa application support
  • Mental health support through online subscriptions
  • Monthly pension scheme including health insurance benefits
  • A diverse and vibrant international environment of 35+ different nationalities
  • The chance to have a significant impact on one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Europe
  • Additional perks: Nordic Language classes, discounts for our neighbouring gyms, company events and parties, fruit & snacks in the office and free Friday bar
Are you up for a challenge?
  • Apply with your CV (In English please)
  • If we see a match, you’ll have a call with one of our recruiters to share more about what you can bring to the team
  • Are both sides still positive? Then we proceed to the assessment stage to assess key skills required for the job
  • We will be conducting interviews on an ongoing basis and will close down the position once the successful candidate has been found.
