As a User Journeys Specialist embedded in our cross-functional growth team, you will work hand-in-hand with product managers, engineers, designers, and data specialists. Your role will be pivotal in driving business growth through experimentation across user journeys.

Conduct rigorous experimentation across different marketing channels to optimize user journeys.
Collaborate within a nimble cross-functional growth pod (alongside product managers, engineers, designers, and data specialists) to create seamless and compelling user experiences.
Leverage data to inform decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and measure the impact of your initiatives.
Stay ahead of the curve on the latest trends in digital marketing and growth techniques.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

You BringProven track record of successful growth strategies developed and executed.
Experience in marketing or growth, preferably in a tech or SaaS B2B environment.
PLG hands on experience
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and user segmentation.
In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels and how to leverage them for growth.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for working effectively across different teams.
A self-starter attitude, with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with digital marketing and ability to execute hands-on marketing tasks (marketing automation, landing pages etc)
