As a User Journeys Specialist embedded in our cross-functional growth team, you will work hand-in-hand with product managers, engineers, designers, and data specialists. Your role will be pivotal in driving business growth through experimentation across user journeys.

Your Tasks

  • Develop and implement growth strategies that align with our business goals, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Conduct rigorous experimentation across different marketing channels to optimize user journeys.

  • Collaborate within a nimble cross-functional growth pod (alongside product managers, engineers, designers, and data specialists) to create seamless and compelling user experiences.

  • Leverage data to inform decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and measure the impact of your initiatives.

  • Stay ahead of the curve on the latest trends in digital marketing and growth techniques.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

You Bring

  • Proven track record of successful growth strategies developed and executed.

  • Experience in marketing or growth, preferably in a tech or SaaS B2B environment.

  • PLG hands on experience

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and user segmentation.

  • In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels and how to leverage them for growth.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for working effectively across different teams.

  • A self-starter attitude, with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with digital marketing and ability to execute hands-on marketing tasks (marketing automation, landing pages etc)

  • Excited about solving tough problems no one else has solved. Aggressive goals don’t scare you, they excite you.
