Our customers build trust with their users through improved transparency and control to drastically improve marketing and monetization, while achieving full privacy compliance.As a Growth Marketer (m/f/d) - US Expansion embedded in our cross-functional growth team, you will work hand-in-hand with product managers, engineers, designers, and data specialists. This role is heavily execution-focused, with a primary responsibility for implementing, optimizing, and scaling growth tactics across the customer journey.If you are passionate about making a positive impact and want to be part of a team that values creativity, collaboration, and purpose, you will be a great fit for us!

Your Tasks

  • Develop and execute a growth strategy to accelerate self-serve adoption and expansion in the US market, driving user acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Optimize the PLG funnel, focusing on frictionless onboarding, conversion from free to paid users, and cross-sell within accounts.
  • Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to build scalable, personalized nurture flows that guide users toward activation value realization and own its execution.
  • Run rapid growth experiments across organic, paid, and product-led channels (SEO, content, in-app messaging, email, referral programs) to optimize user acquisition and engagement.
  • Collaborate within the cross-functional growth pods (including product managers, engineers, designers, and data analysts) to improve in-product experiences that drive self-serve conversions.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify high-intent users, improve key funnel metrics, and refine go-to-market messaging.
  • Stay ahead of US market trends, competitor strategies, and user behavior to fine-tune acquisition tactics.
  • Foster a test-and-learn culture, continuously iterating on self-serve strategies to unlock new growth opportunities.

You Bring

  • A proven track record of executing growth strategies for PLG and self-serve SaaS businesses, ideally in a US expansion context.
  • Experience with marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, and CRM tools (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce).
  • Deep understanding of PLG motion, including onboarding optimization, product adoption, and expansion mechanics.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and experiments.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and behavioral segmentation to improve conversion rates.
  • Knowledge of US-specific buyer behavior and digital marketing trends in the B2B SaaS space.
