The Growth Marketing team at Lyft is a data-driven and growth-focused function bringing marketing, analytics, user insights and experimentation together to develop and optimize the acquisition strategy for our riders and drivers to drive business growth.

We’re looking for an experienced and analytical growth marketer who can leverage their channel expertise, strategic vision, and analytical prowess to manage and optimize core pieces within our acquisition programs including Growth Partnerships, Creative Optimization, and Offline Channels. We are also looking for someone who can independently manage and drive progress in emerging company initiatives including Women+C, Canada, etc.

The ideal candidate is a deeply analytical, strategic thinker who wants to be a catalyst in our rapidly growing acquisition program. In this role you will be expected to proactively dig into growth and optimization opportunities, launch and manage acquisition campaigns, define the strategic direction of the acquisition program, and communicate these learnings to a broader audience.   

Responsibilities:
  • Be a key contributor and driver to the optimization of paid media campaigns and programs 
  • Partner with channel owners to continuously optimize and scale our campaigns 
  • Build roadmaps and work cross functionally with other parts of the business
  • Leverage creative as a tool for business growth
  • Partner with third party vendors to expand on our online and offline acquisition capabilities
  • Ad-hoc analyses to diagnose and troubleshoot performance
  • Design and execute experiments to improve program performance
Experience:
  • 5+ years in growth marketing / paid acquisition 
  • Strong SQL experience is a must
  • Must have expert-level Excel and data analytics skills 
  • Previous experimentation experience and mindset with a proven track record of executing A/B tests, optimizing campaigns and translating data into insights
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.

The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $139,500 - $155,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
