Are you a results-driven marketer with a passion for experimentation and optimization? Fastly is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of marketers across the globe to curate and scale out best practices, as well as craft and execute new high-impact growth experiments, optimize conversion funnels and leverage data-driven insights to propel pipeline growth.

What You'll Do:

• Develop growth marketing playbook to drive new customer acquisition and customer expansions.  Develop knowledge base of best practice plays and performance.
• Develop growth experimentation engine focused on speed from idea to in-market experiment, early evaluation of success/potential, and process, operations and automation to scale globally
• Collaborate with marketing operations to deliver leading indicators of success for growth marketing initiatives
• Work cross-functionally to develop capabilities to scale personalized engagements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address any leakage in overall lead to order process
• Deliver data, frameworks and insight to Growth Marketing and broader GTM to drive data-driven decisions from ideation to execution and measurement
• Work with data teams to understand how their insights can help improve growth marketing targeting and results. Create a feedback loop of qualitative and quantitative insights from growth marketing campaigns back to the data team.

What We're Looking For: 

• 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, operations or analytics in enterprise IT
• Experience in networking, cloud services or cybersecurity desirable.
• A mind for the business impact of any initiatives, questions the status quo, and is curious about new approaches.
• Strong first principles mindset, excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with data manipulation and preparation tools (Python, SQL, Excel, MS Office Suite).
• Experience working with business stakeholders across GTM teams - sales, partners, sales development, customer success, marketing
• Experience working with a globally distributed team
• Ability to work out of our San Francisco office 2-3 times/week
• Bachelor's degree in related field 

Work Hours: 

• This position will require you to be available during core business hours. 

Work Location(s) & Travel Requirements: 

This is a HYBRID position and open to the following office locations:

• San Francisco, CA - you will work out of the Fastly office 2-3 days/week 

Fastly currently embraces a largely hybrid model for most roles which allows employees flexibility to split their time between the office and home. 

This position may require travel as required by your role or requested by your manager.

Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is $83,940 to $104,920. 

Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

This role may be eligible to participate in Fastly’s equity and discretionary bonus programs.
