About the job

We are seeking a skilled Senior Creative Graphic Designer whose primary responsibility is to create deck designs, logos, infographics, eLearning graphics, and other sales enablement materials. You play a crucial role in maintaining the visual integrity of our branding and ensuring all design collateral we use have visual renderings.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Design Enablement assets in partnership with the Instructional Designers and Enablement Business Partners.
  • Partner with instructional design to build impactful learner and instructor materials (presentations, course outlines, background material, instructional materials, exercises, job aids, supporting graphics for eLearning, and assessments). 
  • Support all graphic design needs for the GTM Business Unit.
  • Own responsibility for all logo design for GTM Enablement team.
  • Work with Twilio Events, other Business Units and the Twilio Comms Business Unit to design and develop decks, logos, signage and more for annual Sales Kick-Off

Required:

  • A minimum of 8 years of Graphic Design Experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing skills in visual communication and digital design
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Solid understanding of mobile design principles and responsive design concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure design assets are pixel-perfect
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated, with ability to work with little definition and without supervision while multitasking and prioritizing across several projects and initiatives 

Location

This role will be remote but is not eligible to be hired in San Francisco, CA, Oakland, CA, San Jose, CA, or the surrounding areas.

*Please note this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado, California, New York, and Washington. The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Based in Colorado: $102,160 - $127,700.
  • Based in New York, Washington State or California (outside the San Francisco Bay Area): $108,160- $135,200.
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $120,160 - $150,200.
  • This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
