Head of Content Marketing

Wayfair Professional, the B2B division of Wayfair, is seeking a collaborative, innovative, and adaptable candidate to join our B2B Brand Marketing, Content & Promotions team, focused on leading the content arm of our business. The Head of Content Marketing will oversee our content marketing strategy, from content planning and development to coordinating and collaborating with channel partners. What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with our brand vision and business objectives.
- Research, plan, and direct content development in partnership with our B2B Creative team and external brand partners and content creators.
- Collaborate and coordinate with channel owners to distribute content across site, marketing, and sales placements.
- Create and maintain a robust content library focused on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and reach as well as to support Sales activities.
- Design and produce case studies (both video and written), highlighting our customers and their projects.
- Streamline earned PR efforts, including building rapport with and informing local and national media of key brand activations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the Interior Design industry, incorporating these insights into our go-to-market content approach.
- Analyze and report on content performance, leveraging data to optimize our evergreen content strategy.
- Work cross-functionally with a variety of teams across Marketing, Sales, and Creative to ensure cohesive messaging across all customer-facing channels.
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of professional experience in brand / content marketing / corporate communications / PR / journalism or related field
- Excellent communication, both written and verbally
- Collaborative mindset that thrives as part of a team
- Passionate about influencer and social media marketing
- Comfortable interacting with and interviewing customers on set
- Knowledge of, and an enthusiastic interest in, the Interior Design and/or Home industries
- Data and process-oriented, demonstrated ability to continuously learn new tools
- High attention to detail and proven ability to consider multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to navigate an environment of continuous improvement working through ambiguity in an evolving organization
- Drive to win and steer collaboration cross-functionally
- Investment in the customer experience
- Willingness to travel
