Head of Global Marketing (m/f/d)

TWAICE is leading the market of battery analytics software with cutting edge and industry-leading technology in Europe and the Americas. As our Head of Global Marketing (m/f/d), you will work with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure the best and effective presentation of our products on the global market.Location: Munich or remote for excellent candidates
Your daily business will involveStrategy development and execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Drive market segmentation, positioning, and competitive analysis to inform marketing initiatives.
- Provide strategic insights to contribute to the product roadmap based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Create and implement lead generation programs to drive customer acquisition and ACV growth.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales enablement tools and campaigns.
- Use of data driven marketing tools and innovative digital advertising solutions to generate MQL´s
- Recruit, lead, mentor, monitor and motivate a high-performing marketing team. Ensure that all team members work towards common goals and achieve the defined KPIs.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the marketing department
- Lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies to effectively position and promote our battery analytics software solutions.
- Collaborate with product management to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and product development.
- Manage and improve brand identity, evaluate market positioning and track current market trends.
- Expand the positioning as being the thought leader in the battery analytics space through targeted content marketing and thought leadership initiatives.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive events strategy, including industry conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
- Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and influencers to secure positive press coverage.
- Regular review and evaluation of the effectiveness of all marketing strategies.
- Cross-functional collaboration with other departments, especially sales, to ensure the efficiency of marketing and sales initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B marketing in the software or technology industry.
- Proven experience in developing effective marketing strategies and plans and lead generation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media, sales, and advertising.
- Experience in leading and developing teams.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
