About our US Team:

We're looking for a Head of US Operations to help lead our growth and shape the future of our US team. We're on a mission to change the way banking works, and we're searching for a dynamic Head of US Operations to be part of our journey. As the Head of US Operations, your role is crucial in helping us reshape modern banking in the US market.

You'll lead important partnerships, foster key relationships, and broaden our services. Overseeing customer service and operations, you'll ensure every interaction reflects our dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience and streamlining our processes. Your expertise in banking systems, payment processing, and compliance will keep Monzo secure as we grow rapidly. Working closely with the US CEO, you'll also have a hand in charting our strategic course.

The Role

Everyday you’ll:

  • Play a key role in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve Monzo’s US goals and objectives. This includes building and nurturing important partnerships and related infrastructure to broaden our services and presence in the US market
  • Oversee the growth and efficiency of our customer service and operations; making sure that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to providing an outstanding experience
  • Develop and implement strategies to keep Monzo safe. Your role will be crucial in safeguarding our customers and our business
