Your RoleThe Head of Operations will be responsible for a broad range of key functions, including:

  • Partnership Management: cultivate and manage and build strategic partnerships to expand our offerings and reach in the US market.
  • Customer Operations: scale and oversee customer service and operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and efficient processes.
  • Risk Management: develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard our business and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • You have expertise in Financial Infrastructure: the ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge and experience in financial infrastructure, including banking systems, payment processing, and regulatory compliance.
  • You have hyper-growth experience: We prioritize candidates who have thrived in hyper-growth environments, especially within the fintech sector. This experience demonstrates adaptability and the ability to navigate rapid changes.
  • You are action-oriented and excel at building teams: we need someone who can "roll up their sleeves" to get tasks done but also possesses the vision and leadership skills to build and scale a high-performing operations team.
  • You are a strategic thought partner: The Head of Operations will work closely with the CEO as a thought partner, contributing to the strategic direction of the US division and helping to shape our future.

Logistics

  • We offer a competitive salary and a pretty great benefits package (if we do say so ourselves!). The salary range for this position is $200,000 to 250,000, depending on experience and location.
