Wayfair is looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented leader to be our Head of Print Marketing. In this manager-level role, you will oversee our direct mail, catalog, and shared mail programs, which are highly efficient at reaching and driving response from our target audiences. You will be responsible for driving business growth by leveraging both creative and analytical insights within the print medium.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive print marketing strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and business growth targets.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of direct mail, catalog, and shared mail programs, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize consumer insights, media performance data, and market trends to optimize print campaigns and drive new customer growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, merchandising, and analytics teams to ensure compelling content and effective measurement frameworks for print initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize print media budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to budget guidelines.
  • Conduct analyses of print landscape, audience behavior, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and enhance program performance.
  • Develop scenario models to forecast outcomes and associated trade-offs for various print marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in print marketing and direct response, including emerging formats and measurement methodologies.
  • Identify missing capabilities and source, negotiate, and implement solutions from third-party vendors as needed.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on direct response and print media (e.g., direct mail, catalogs).
  • Proven ability to develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical prowess, detail orientation, and critical thinking skills to identify insights and trends from complex data sets which translate into action.
  • Experience in campaign performance analysis and reporting, with a focus on ROI and actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with marketing planning principles and experience optimizing budget allocation.
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment, with the ability to align stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in presenting plans and results to internal teams.

This is a hybrid position located in our Boston HQ. M-TH is in office and Fridays are remote.
