HEAD OF SALES (F/M/D)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our Sales & Merchandising Team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fashion industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales strategy and execution.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive D2C and B2B sales strategy to meet revenue targets and achieve market growth
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and exceed sales goals in both D2C and B2B channels
- Identify new sales opportunities through market analysis and customer insights in order to drive D2C sales and expand global B2B partnerships with both new and existing accounts
- Establish and execute a partner distribution roadmap that aligns with the company strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, retail partners, as well as premium luxury fashion destinations
- Manage the sales calendar and all related activities for each season
- Present and sell the IVY OAK line to partners during season-kick-off and order meetings
- Ensure outstanding customer service for all partners and collaborate with key accounts
- Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals, while working closely with the Product, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to optimize inventory and sales strategies
- Monitor sales performance metrics and manage the sales budget efficiently, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, fashion management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 7+ years of professional experience in fashion sales, ideally within the premium or luxury fashion industry
- Deep understanding of the fashion market and consumer behaviour
- Extensive network in the fashion industry
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while driving growth
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions
- Proven track record of building and nurturing both internal and external partnerships
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of management
- Growth mindset with a demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality
- Excellent command of the English language – additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel regularly for market visits, sales presentations, and in-store training to ensure brand standards and representation
